Q: Is the Fire Hose cleaned before production?
A: Yes. All of the fire hose is pre-washed.
Q: Why does my product look different from the website's image?
A: Our material comes from multiple sources and is cut from longer pieces of hose. Each unit is handmade, and will have unique colors and distressing.
Q: Can I return or exchange my product if I am not happy with it?
A: We accept exchanges, but not returns. If you are unhappy with your product - please contact the store via the CONTACT page and we will work with you to rectify any issues.
Q: The edges of my product are frayed/fraying. Is this normal?
A: Yes. Some of our products have "unfinished" edges. This is intentional and we promise that your product will not fall apart, or fray any further. If it does, please contact the store via the CONTACT page and we will work with you to rectify any issues.
